My classes are fun & friendly and a place where you are sure to meet new friends and enjoy the fabulous results that Pilates brings.
At each class, I teach a structured one hour session where each person works at their own individual pace and level and I provide mats and exercise equipment. My class sizes are very small with only around 10 people per class so as to ensure you have my utmost attention and you get the most out of your class.
People with specific injuries can also benefit from Pilates and Yoga as most exercises can be modified so you can get maximum benefit, whilst protecting and strengthening any particular injury. I have clients of all shapes & sizes, all fitness levels and both male & female, ages ranging from age 18 to 80!
